Just burn downloaded .ISO to disk using e.g. PowerISO or tranfer to a USB using e.g. WinToFlash for installation. No need for loaders etc. It's all done for you and incorporated into the .ISO

Has SP1 but not all the latest updates.
You'll have to get them yourself. If i get the time ill try and get them and upload them as a separate torrent.
